Post-op Recovery Packages

Post-op recovery is a critical phase that directly affects swelling reduction, comfort, contour and long-term surgical results.

The number of sessions recommended ultimately depends upon the type of surgery, extent of tissue damage, individual healing response, compliance and lifestyle and hydration.

Ideal number of sessions for optimal healing is 18-22

The minimum recommended is 12-15

75-minute recovery package

This service is best suited for those who had one or two procedures. Package is 10 sessions of 75-minutes.

Includes education, exercises, scar and fibrosis management/prevention

Cancellation Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with LESS than a 48-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you are a no-show, the therapist reserves the right to charge you the full appointment fee. Pre-paid service cancellations before the 48-hour notice period are charged a $10 processing fee.
